This guide contains information to set up a Javascript Source in Vanus Connect.

Introduction

The JavaScript source connector allows you to configure JavaScript code to send webhook events. It provides a function that sends HTTP requests to the specified Webhook URL, allowing you to handle events or trigger actions based on the received webhook data.

Prerequisites

  • Basic JavaScript Knowledge
  • npm Installed

Perform the following steps to configure your JavaScript Source.

JavaScript Connection Settings

  1. Write a name for your connection in Vanus Connect. img.png
  2. After creating the connection, there are a few more steps. Simply click the link to open a new page with all the details on how to complete the connection.
  3. Click Next and continue the configuration.
